Absolutely. Many clients start with Team-only to get comfortable with the offshore model, then upgrade to Team + AI once they've seen the human results. Moving up tiers is seamless — your account manager handles the transition and your agents get configured without disrupting your current team.
If a team member isn't the right fit for any reason within the first 30 days — skill mismatch, communication style, or anything else — we replace them at no cost. We take quality seriously enough to back it up financially.
For Team-only engagements, most clients are live within 1–2 weeks. For Team + AI and Full Platform, we typically need 2–3 weeks to scope your workflows, configure the agents, and complete integrations. We won't rush a setup that has to run your back office.
Out of the box: QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero, Sage, Jira, GitHub, Slack, Procore, Salesforce, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Gusto. Custom integrations are available for Full Platform clients. If you use a tool not on this list, ask us — we've likely built for it before.
